Fraser has recently graduated from university and is already undertaking measured site surveys and producing planning drawings for a respected developer within the North-West.  Fraser also assists senior surveyors in carrying out Level 3building surveys for residential properties, providing cost consultancy services for cost estimating, production of quotations and carrying out contractor valuations and contract management duties, as well as carrying out dilapidation site surveys and production of schedules of dilapidations and assisting on commercial building surveys for investor clients.
