A dynamic property professional with over 20 years’ working both in public and private sectors with expertise in commercial property, dilapidations, and property related disputes.

A director of the business, a former member of the RICS Dilapidations professional board and co-author of the current RICS Guidance Note, he brings a wealth of experience in all Landlord and Tenant sectors including Rail, Logistics, Warehousing, Healthcare, Leisure, Retail and Office.

Having had a varied career in dilapidations matters, Martin has also been a former Senior Lecturer atLiverpool John Moores University, where he was responsible for delivering Property Law, Refurbishment, Construction Technology and obviously dilapidations.
