‘Mikey’ is a Senior Surveyor within Bemerton Consulting and has 3 years’ post-qualification experience providing advice on a range of building consultancy matters.

Experience gained in commercial and residential sectors; Mikey is an effective communicator leading delivery teams to a high standard.

Mikey leads the cost management function within Bemerton taking responsibility to manage our cost databases, including BCIS.

He has key skills in cost and contract management, carrying out both contractor and client-side valuation and final account negotiation

Strong skills in resource& time management, using own initiative and the ability to work well under pressure.
